Fluid applied impermeable air and vapor barrier membrane
Perm-A-Barrier® NPL 10/NPL 10 LT is a fluid applied, one component, latex-based membrane that cures to form a resilient, monolithic, fully-bonded elastomeric sheet when applied to construction surfaces. Designed to satisfy the requirements of fire-rated assemblies, Perm-A-Barrier NPL 10/NPL 10 LT can be included in a wide variety of NFPA 285 compliant wall designs.
Perm-A-Barrier NPL 10/NPL 10 LT membrane is vapor impermeable and provides superior protection against the damaging effects of air and liquid water ingress on building structures. The product creates a solid barrier against air infiltration and exfiltration which minimizes energy loss from the structure and associated moisture related issues. Also impermeable to liquid water, Perm-A-Barrier NPL 10/NPL 10 LT acts as a water drainage plane.

Perm-A-Barrier® VPL
Fluid applied vapor permeable air barrier membrane
Perm-A-Barrier® VPL is a fluid applied, one component, acrylic membrane that cures to form a resilient, monolithic, fully bonded elastomeric sheet when applied to construction surfaces. Perm-A-Barrier® VPL membrane provides superior protection against the damaging effects of air and liquid water ingress on building structures. The product creates a solid barrier against air infiltration and exfiltration, which minimizes associated energy loss and condensation problems.
Perm-A-Barrier® VPL membrane is vapor permeable for wall assemblies requiring this “breathable” characteristic. As a vapor permeable membrane, it permits the transfusion of water vapor that may otherwise condense in the wall structure; but is impermeable to liquid water, which allows the material to act as a water drainage plain. The Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content of Perm-A-Barrier® VPL membrane is less than 30 g/L.

By minimizing air and water vapor flow through the building exterior at transition areas, Perm-A-Barrier Detail Membrane seals transition and detail areas to provide a continuous air barrier and Prevents premature deterioration of the building envelope. One part neutral curing, ultra low modulus silicone sealant
Perm-A-Barrier® S100 Sealant is a one part neutral curing, ultra low modulus silicone sealant that reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a durable and flexible building sealant. S100 sealant is designed for a variety of uses with GCP Applied Technologies’ air and weather barrier systems. The Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content is <100 g/L.

Window Tape:
Vycor® Plus
Provides superior protection against water, air and moisture infiltration in window and door openings, corner boards, under stucco finishes, masonry walls and other flashing areas. It is designed to work in severe winter climates, milder climates, and in coastal areas where wind driven rain is common. It should not be used on roofs. Grace Vycor® Plus is ideal for sealing joints, seams, holes, and other unwanted openings in wall sheathing systems. It is 25 mil thick and compatible with wood, plywood, oriented strand board, concrete and masonry and fully adheres to the substrate to prevent water from passing through and into the substrate.

Dampproofing:

Is a cold-applied water-based emulsified-asphalt dampproofing and vapor-retarding coating for use on “green” or slightly damp surfaces. MasterSeal 615/700B is reinforced with short fibers for application by brush or spray.

Bituthene® Mastic

A rubberized asphalt-based mastic. It has excellent adhesion to structural concrete, masonry and wood and is designed to seal terminations, edges of patches, and overlaps in detail areas. It is an integral part of the Bituthene Waterproofing System, though it should not be used as a primary waterproofing material.
